Some treasure can be found inside a locked steamer trunk.
This is a novice level lock.
Getting there[edit]
The Sunken Rowboat Stash is located northeast of Sanctuary under the water
(see map below)

- Ammo and Weapons inside the Steamer Trunk
Strategy Guide/Tips[edit]
- The water can cause mild radiation poisoning so don't stay under there too long
- Look for the rowboat at the northeast corner of the body of water.
- There are also some sunken cars there, but you are looking specifically for a rowboat.
