Head into the control room where The Mechanist confronted you. Go to the mainframe computer and interact with it. Cancel the security alert. This will give you this location as a Settlement that you can use.

- Speak to Ada
- Install the M-SAT on a robot
- Access the Mechanist's Lair
- Stop the Mechanist
- Take Control of the Facility
