Having completed Rite of Passage having having started The Changing Tide, you will be able to talk to The Mariner again and she will have a new task for you.

The Mariner will tell you about a floundered cargo ship, the MS Azalea. She wants to send her crew there to grab some of the hull and add it to the Hull protecting Far Harbor.
