You have made it into Vault 88 and in front of you is Barstow. She is the only person to have made it into the Vault and survived. She has several named Feral Ghouls around the Vault area that were workers or to be Vault residents. Barstow will want the Sole Survivor to follow her and take a tour of the Vault.
