Backstory[edit]
Born Thomas Weatherby, he is an engineer, inventor and weapons expert for The Railroad. He is responsible for maintaining the various agent's equipment before they go out into the field. He has free license to create whatever he wants to aid the Railroad.
Tom serves as the Quartermaster for the Railroad. The Sole Survivor can bargain with him for supplies, weapons and armor.
Tom is both brilliant and energetic. He is also paranoid and tends to make up conspiracy theories about the Institute, Synths and their goals. Most suspect the stress he has been under were the cause of this.
