Tumbler's Today Magazine is a collectible found in the Commonwealth of Fallout 4. These five unique magazines offer a bonus to lockpicking.

Magazine 1[edit]

Locksmith Certification Special - Pass With Flying Colors.
THe yellow cover shows a man who has just received their locksmith certification. He is very ecstatic about it.
Location[edit]
Head inside the Malden Center. Make it through the subway section. When you can, head to the East to reach the first elevator.
Go out of the elevator and turn to the South. This will lead you into a Raider Camp. Be warned.
Look to the West and find the giant hole in the wall. Go on through it and turn to the South.
Take the stairs downward, to the West, through the red-lit corridor. You want to take the doorway to the North.
This leads into the Raider Camp itself. Head to the Northeast and through the door there.
Turn to the West inside the room. Look on the shelves next to you. On the lower shelf you will find the magazine.

Mysteries of the Master Key Exposed!
A dark green cover with a pale green outline of Northern America. There is a keyhole in the middle of the the territory shown with a large key being put into it.
Location[edit]
Head into the location via the Northern doorway.
Get inside and head over to the left. Take the stairs down and follow the walkway to the water.
Swim across to the continuation of the walkway. Follow it to the shack at the far end.
Go to the far Western shelving. On the middle shelf, on the front left edge is the magazine.
Magazine 3[edit]

"Bobby Pins - More effective than Lockpicks?"
A dark and light purple cover. It shows a pair of hands, a small lock and a number of bobby pins scattered along the lower edges/.
Location[edit]
This is the "Horse" racing track that can be found out to the East. There are a number of Raiders here who will attack you when you approach.
Find any of the upramps onto the walkways and shacks found in the center of the race tracks.
Head to the Southwest to reach the second floor of the building in this area.
Head into this building, favoring the left. Go to the center portion of this area.
Go to the small end table by the couch. On it you will find the next copy of Tumbler's Today.
Magazine 4[edit]

"Open Any Lock in 5 Seconds Flat."
Location[edit]
This area has a number of Super Mutants inhabiting it. Be on guard against them!
Head into the metro station itself from its main entrance. Go down the escalator. Head to the Northwest at the bottom of it.
This leads into another room. Turn to the North and go to the far end of the room take those stairs down as well.
This leads to the subway train puzzle you will need to solve to reach the magazine. Head over to the nearby office It has a Novice Level lock on it. Pick it and head inside. Hit the button you can find inside to move the trains. Get it so you can see the next platform over from just outside the office you are in.
Head through the first train. Look to the North after that to find the second button. Press it until you gain passage from just outside the office.
Turn to the North after you go through the second car. Head through the open doorway in front of you.
Go down this corridor until you pass a a control board. There is a small opening in the wall close to the floor. You can find the issue of Tumbler's Today just inside it.

Confessions of a Housebreaker.
The yellow cover shows a burglar breaking into a house.
Location[edit]
The entrance is found nearby that of Diamond City. This is a dangerous location with Ghouls and a good amount of radiation. Plan accordingly.
You will need to fight your way through the sewers to reach the magazine at the end of it. Expect to encounter Radroaches, some Bloatflies as well.
Head down the stairs and turn to the East after you drop off the ledge from the stairs.
Go through this corridor through to the next walkway. Turn onto it and head up it.
Head to the South from there and through the openings in front of you. Navigate your way over to the North from there.
Follow this to the stairs and take them down.
This leads into a room with a number of radioactive barrels. Make your way through to the Northern exit shown.
Go along the corridor and exit it into a large room. Head the bridge in the middle and go to the Northeast to reach the next portion of these sewers.
Follow the corridor until you reach the next large room. Head up the plank ramps and make your way to the of the area.
On there, turn to the West. Head through the opening in the wall that you see in front of you just past the flood lights.
This leads to the final room you are looking for. Head into it and go to the Southern office that you find.
Look on top of the dress that is just inside to the left. Toward the right-hand side of it is the final issue. Grab the magazine to complete the collection.
