A heavy reinforced steel door in Vault 111 in Fallout 4.
This is the main door that seals and protects Vault 111 from outside threats.
When you initially pass through the door when entering Vault 111, it is open.
When you later Exit Vault 111, the door is sealed and you have to use your Pip-Boy to interface with the Vault Door Controls to engage the Vault Door Remote Access module.
