Ranks[edit]
Wasteland Whisperer has 3 ranks:
- Rank 1: Master the post-apocalypse! With your gun, aim at any Wasteland creature below your level and gain a chance to pacify it (Requires: CHR 9)
- Rank 2: When you successfully pacify a Wasteland creature, you can incite it to attack. (Requires: Level 21, CHR 9)
- Rank 3: When you successfully pacify a Wasteland creature, you can give it to specific commands. (Requires: Level 49, CHR 9)
