Walkthrough[edit]
- Make your way to the Charleston Fire Department.
- Head into the Fire Department and go on up to the second floor.
- Once there, head into the room nearby the trading post, the Chief's office.
- Go to the Fire Breather's Master Terminal.
- Access the terminal to [Register New Fire Breather].
- This will give you access to the Message Archive, Schematic Archive, and basic user clearance.
