Walkthrough[edit]
- Having completed Key to the Past, you will gain access to the Raider Cache below the Pleasant Valley Ski Resort.
- Look underneath the mat in front of the door.
- Here, you will find the Raider Cache Key.
- Go to the back right to find the Broken Uplink.
- This quest is broken. There is no mat by any of the doors to get the access card.
