Fallout 76: Return to Speak with Rose - Signal Strength

Return to Speak with Rose is an objective in Fallout 76 (F76).

Quest[edit]

With power flowing to the satellite, you get a message from Rose, calling you back to the Top of the World.
If not there, head for the Pleasant Valley Ski Resort, which is adjacent to that location.
Travel to the large ski lift sitting on the Western side of this location to find the Top of the World if you have not already.
Go to the Elevator doors here and interact with them.
They will open, revealing 3 buttons.
Use the option to travel to the Observation Level.
Once there, head to the West, looting the nearby Raider Corpses that are there.
Go on through the door that you will find to the Southwest there.
Inside there, you will find Rose.
