Walkthrough[edit]
- Travel from Clarksburg to the Southwest to reach Grafton.
- Head to the Southern portion of Grafton, to the Southeast of Grafton Station.
- Go into the grey two story house.
- Inside the house, look to the South and either jump down to the basement or take the stairs there.
- In the basement, get into the Southwestern corner and into the small room.
- Interact with the Terminal found there.
- On the terminal, access [Correspondence], and access both [KidSecure] and [Dam Safety Inquiry].
