Search the Charleston Herald for info on Sam Blackwell is an objective in Fallout 76 (F76).

Quest[edit]

Make your way over to the Charleston Herald.
Once there, make your way up the ramp inside the building.
At the top of the first ramp, turn around to the Northwest, where you will see 2 ramps upwards.
Go up either ramp and face to the South, where you will want to head over to the Southeastern office.
Head into the office and look into the cardboard box in the back left corner of it.
Reading into this box, you will find the Sam Blackwell Interview Notes.
