Turn in application to C1 is an objective in Fallout 76 (F76).

Quest[edit]

Head over to the left from DMV Bot B2 and talk with DMV Bot C1.
Once again, it will insist that you take a number and wait for it to be called.
Go to the number printer just to the right of the Mr Handy.
You will likely get Ticket A3.
Once again, go over to the central desk and [Boot up Department C].
Thankfully, there will be a horde of Feral Ghouls attacking you, giving you something to do while waiting, because it will take a few minutes.
After dealing with the Ghouls and waiting everything out, approach and talk with DMV Bot C1.
