"Disable the scrambler" is an objective in the quest Down in Amanaki Town in Far Cry 3.
Walkthrough[edit]
After reaching the top of the Radio Tower, you need to disable the Scrambling Device there.
Disabling the Scrambler will reveal the map and important locations in this region.
Find the box with the lightning sign on it, break the lock by interacting with it, and that will disable scrambler.
