In this mission, your target will be hiding out in a beach bunker to the south of the farm. Four snipers will cover the area around him, and soldiers will be hanging out on the beach nearby too. You have two options here - first, you can snipe the enemies from afar, but this will likely notify the enemies of your presence. Second, you can sneak around the hill from the left side. Follow the opposite side of the shoreline until you're out of vision range from the enemies, and swim across the river. Wait for each of the guards to turn, and kill them with takedowns. Climb up to the top of the hill and use a jumping takedown to kill the commander below.
