The hula bobblehead is a novelty item used to decorate the interior of Far Cry 3's Jeeps.
The item sits to the right side of the dashboard, just barely visible from the game's first-person view of the car's interior.
When the player drives the car over rocky or uneven surfaces, the bobblehead can be seen swaying up and down, and back and forth, along with the motion of the car.
