As you make your way towards the exit of Vaas' camp, you will come upon a table surrounded by luggage, purses and cocaine bricks.
On the table will be a camera, a lighter, a map, and phone.
Your objective will instruct you to grab them all, so hit the action button to pick them all up.

The lighter is used to light up molotovs.
This ends up being a pretty key piece of functionality, since fire plays such a large role in the game.
The lighter can also light up dark enclosed areas, although you have a flashlight for that in most situations, excepting a late-game cutscene.
