Skydiving is an activity which Jason and his friends partake in during the intro cinematic of Far Cry 3.
Plot[edit]
In the end, it is skydiving that gets Jason, Riley, Grant, Liza, Daisy and Oliver captured by Vaas, Hoyt and their pirates.
The group goes skydiving without a man on the ground to guide them in. They end up landing on the beach after it has been sprung for a trap; dozens of pirates emerge and capture the group, separating them and forcing them into cages. This leads up to the point where the gameplay begins, inside of Vaas' Camp.
Gameplay[edit]
Players go skydiving on their own during several occasions.
It is possible to jump from the sky when hang gliding from a hang glider, and it's also possible to use the wingsuit to perform impromptu skydiving sessions from high points and Radio Towers.
