When you walk over a corpse in Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon you will automatically pick up his ammo and anything else he was carrying.
But if you pilfer his body you get his Cyber-Heart and credits to level up your skills (the skills will level automatically, there is no skills tree to choose from)
