  • Head out of the chamber with the bodies where you met Deputy Hudson.
  • Start up the stairs beyond there and into the room with the bank of monitors.
  • Wait there for Hudson to catch up.
  • She will send the Junior Deputy out to free the hostages who are trapped in the bunker.
