• Head over to the porch of the house.
• On the Southern porch, plainly visible from Larry's teleportation device, is the generator he is talking about.
• Walk up to it and interact with it to complete the mission.
• With the mission complete, go to where Larry was to claim the Magnopulser and Larry's Shoes.
