Walkthrough

Main objective

• The easiest way to approach this base is to head in through its Northern open gate.
• Look to the Watchtower nearby the gate and try to spot the Sniper that is likely residing up there (or wait a few minutes for them to climb up.
• Kill them and then head over to the watchtower itself.
• Climb up the ladder to the top of the tower itself.
• While in the Watch Tower, use this to snipe a few Assaulters along the Eastern side of the Steel Plant.
• Using a Stealth Amigo can be helpful to kill them from a distance.
• After clearing those out, use the Zipline going to the South to slide over to the open garage there.
• Slide along it and go to the other side of the door.
• You will find the Armored Alarm there.
• Slip over to the alarm and disable it (and it will also disable the nearby camera around the corner).
• Go over to the West and around the corner.
• You can either head into the building and hide behind crates to clear out the few soldiers here or use the nearby ladder to climb up to the rooftop.
• You can head into the building you swung over to find the Storage Room Key.
• Head over to the East after that to find another warehouse.
• Go through the Northern door
• Here, go to the Eastern side of the door to find another Alarm.
• Disable this alarm and turn to the South.
• Go across the warehouse to the Southern side.
• Here, you will find the truck.
• You can also head over to the Eastern side of the other warehouse and find the Storage Room.
• Open the storage room with the key will get you the El Caballero.
• After that, simply clear the remaining troops.
• They are going to be along the East or to the South.
• Search around and eliminate the last of the troops to claim the base for Libertad.

Secondary objective

• Head into the Eastern Warehouse in the Steel Plant.
• Inside the Warehouse, go to the Southern side of it.
• You will find the truck you have been sent after.
• Before stealing the truck, be sure the majority of the Plant's guards have been killed.
• Climb into the cab of the truck and drive it out of the base, outside of the Restricted area surrounding the Base.
• While nothing displayed will change, this is all you need to do to complete the secondary objective.
