  • Making your way out to the Northeastern part of Rook Island, Vaas will find the house of Dr. Earnhardt just off the shore, floating on the water.
  • This house has 2 parts, 1 above water, and 1 below water.
  • Just swim out to the house to advance this part of the mindfuck and start the collecting needed for it.
