Walkthrough

• Talk with Carmina inside the main building of Prosperity.
• She will ask if she can just call you "Cap."
• Carmina will then ask if you want to change your clothes, and directs you to a nearby duffel bag.
• Go into this duffel bag to customize your character.
• You will make the last customization to your character that will be final unless you start a new save file and then you will be able to choose your apparel.
• After doing all that, go to Kim Rye to learn about upgrading Prosperity and what has likely become of Thomas Rush.
