Walkthrough[edit]

  • On the rooftop, you will Frank the Warden, a Rank 3 Highwayman patrolling around on it.
  • He is going to be your target more than the other 2 Highwaymen on the rooftop.
  • Wait for Frank to get on the overlook, above the prison yard, and sneak up behind him.
  • Get him with a takedown while he is looking down for a good while.
