Walkthrough[edit]
- Carmina Rye will help the Captain onto their feet, having rescued them from the water they were thrown into.
- She will tell you that the river will lead you to Hope County.
- While traveling through the river, she will let you know what the Twins have done to her family.
- Carmina will remark that she can see Highwaymen blocking the tunnel that would lead you both into Hope County, but the catch is you both need some weapons to deal with them.
- Go past the remains of the bridge to progress things forward.
