Walkthrough[edit]

  • From Ramone's Lookout, find any nearby vehicle that the Highwaymen drove in and grab it for yourself.
  • You can also sprint over there, since the destination is only about 300 meters to the Southeast.
  • Go across the nearby bridge to reach the crash you are looking for.
