Found in the Sector 7 Slums is Chadley who is working to undermine Shinra research efforts. He will set out a series of unlocking Battle Reports to complete. There are 20 in total to complete. Most of these will be completed simply by completing the game. Others will take some effort.

Research shows that staggering one's foes positively impacts morale in battle. I aim to analyze this phenomenon and repliocate a similiar sensation via materia.
