Found in the Sector 7 Slums is Chadley who is working to undermine Shinra research efforts. He will set out a series of unlocking Battle Reports to complete. There are 20 in total to complete. Most of these will be completed simply by completing the game. Others will take some effort.

Data compiled on the ice element has resulted in the successful reproduction of Shiva, the lady of frost. Combat behavior has yet to be tested.
Engage in simulated battle to gauge performance.

Time to face, and earn, the summon, Shiva
- Use the Elemental Materia paired with an Ice Materia to reduce the damage from Shiva.
- Watch and learn the attacks that Shiva uses.
- She frequently is close to the ground, leaving Ice trails that do damage over time.
- Can summon a burst of Ice below herself, so watch out for her charging up.
