Walkthrough

• Have Cloud head over to the nearby ladder and take it down to the Robot Arm area.
• Head across and take the ladder Aerith lowered up into the next section.
• After that, follow Aerith to the South, along the right-hand side of the wall.
• Just past the large pile of rubble, look over to the right, just before the upward slope, to find a small path leading to a ladder.
• Go over to the ladder and take it down.
• Inside this small area you will find a rickety passage forward.
• Aerith will ask Cloud to slow down to make sure nothing collapses here (he will be walking the entire time you are on the planks).
• Move across the planks and head into the tunnel at the end of the passage.
• Take a moment to change your elemental Weapon to Fire Materia.
• Go through this tunnel to the door at the end and open it up.
• A hasty extinguished fire is the only clue someone was there before.
• Time to take on Burke, Beck, and Butch.
• This trio is not very difficult, being very normal thugs.
• Use Arcane Ward to empower your spells and quickly defeat this trio.
