Black Shield is a Back Bling you can earn in Fortnite Battle Royale.
Back Blings are objects that appear on the back of your player, such as a shield or a backpack. They serve no purpose other than cosmetic.

How to get[edit]
Unlock all tiers of the Season 2 Battle Pass to earn the Black Knight outfit. The shield comes with the outfit.
Important: As of February 22, 2018, Season 2 is over and the outfit (and shield) is no longer available.

Strategy Guide/Tips[edit]
- You can choose not to use the Black Shield with the Black Knight costume and instead unequip it or use a different back bling, by going to the Locker.
- Everyone who earned the Black Knight Skin automatically gets this shield too.
Notes[edit]
- Before Season 3, the Black Shield was an inseparable part of the Black Knight costume. With the release of Back Blings, the shield became a separate component that you can wear or unequip in the Locker.
