Buy the Gumshoe Outfit from the Item Shop.
The Gumshoe Outfit is an Epic outfit that costs 1,500 V-bucks to purchase.
When you buy Gumshoe, the Confidential Case Back Bling also becomes available in your locker to use with this or any other outfit.

- This backpack cannot be purchased separately. The only way to acquire it is to buy the Gumshoe Outfit.
