Play Fortnite Battle Royale on a Samsung Note 9 or Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 and you get access to the Galaxy skin. The Galaxy outfit will appear as a free item for you to claim in the in-game Fortnite store.

  • How can I play Fortnite on my Android device?
    • Visit on your Android to sign up for the Android Beta. Players on Galaxy devices will be able to drop in immediately and we'll begin rolling out access in waves for other compatible Android devices over the next few days!
  • What Android devices are compatible with Fortnite on mobile?
    • Android Beta initially will work on the following devices:

  • Why haven’t I received an invite?
    • Players get invited in waves. You’ll be notified via email once you are invited.
  • How do I get the Galaxy Skin?
    • Play Fortnite on a Samsung Note 9 or Galaxy Tab S4 to get the Galaxy outfit. The Galaxy outfit will appear as a free item for you to claim in the in-game Fortnite store.
  • Are Android players be forced to cross-play with players on Console and PC?
    • No. By default, Android and iOS players are matched against other mobile players only.
  • Do Bluetooth controllers work?
    • Support for Bluetooth Controllers is coming later.
  • Is STW coming to mobile?
    • No. Save the World uses much more memory and CPU than Battle Royale and would be very difficult to bring to mobile devices.
  • Does Fortnite on Android support mouse and keyboard?
    • No. If you use a keyboard and mouse on Android, you will be removed from the match.
  • Will there be voice chat?
    • Not initially. Later, we plan to support voice chat.
  • Do you support rooted devices?
    • No, we do not currently support rooted devices. We’re looking into the possibility of supporting rooted devices in the future, provided we can find effective anti-cheat solutions.
