This skin is part of a promotional loot package from Fortnite BR and Twitch Prime.
To get it, you must be a Twitch Prime subscriber.
If you have Amazon Prime, you have Twitch Prime, since Twitch Prime is free to all Amazon Prime subscribers.
If you are not an Amazon Prime member, you can join and become a Twitch Prime Member to get this pickaxe.
To redeem, go to https://www.epicgames.com/fortnite/en-US/twitch-prime-pack and follow the instructions to link your Epic account to your Prime account.
Important: If you have already redeemed the previous Twitch Prime Pack Rewards (The two outfits, back bling, and glider) then the Instigator Pickaxe should automatically show up in your account. There are no further actions required.
