Complete all of the Weekly Challenges of any two weeks in Season 4.
That will complete the second Blockbuster Challenge and unlock the At Last I Am Free Loading Screen.
Battlestar Location[edit]
If you unlock this loading screen you can get a free tier. It is located between Haunted Hills and Snobby Shores, west of Pleasant Park, close to the shore. See below for more info:

- This loading screen continues the storyline from the Quiet on the Set! loading screen in which some movie was being filmed at the Prison as the Meteor hit.
- The story will continue in A Looming Threat which also features Carbide, Squad Leader, Steelsight and Valor.
