Buy the Scoundrel Outfit from the Item Shop.
The Scoundrel Outfit is an Epic outfit that costs 1,500 V-bucks to purchase.
When you buy Scoundrel, the Strongbox Back Bling also becomes available in your locker to use with this or any other outfit.
