High Priority Case is a mission available for from one to four players.
It is considered one of the more challenging missions in GTA Online, and it is recommended to tackle it with a full party.

High Priority Case Walkthrough:
As mentioned above, this is considered to be one of the more challenging missions in the game by many players. Still, it is possible to come into this mission with an equipped party who knows what they are doing, and beat your way through the mission in under five minutes if you use the proper strategy.
Objectives[edit]
High Priority Case has two objectives:
Steal the Briefcase[edit]
Steal the Briefcase - This seemingly simple mission objective is actually the toughest part of the mission. You'll begin on the ground floor out on the street, near a driveway with several vehicles in it. You'll need to get up onto a nearby rooftop and grab a briefcase, marked by an icon on your minimap, in order to complete this leg of the mission. Much easier said than done.
To complete this objective successfully and quickly, you'll want each of your party members to bring along a Sniper Rifle. Find a helicopter, and use it to fly up to the level of the briefcase. Instead of landing on the rooftop and alerting all the guards, though, you're better off landing on the helipad on the adjacent building. From here, you can pick off many of the enemies guarding the briefcase without alerting them, and without putting yourself in any direct danger. Pick off as many guards as you can from afar before piloting the helicopter over to the main building and jumping out. You should now only have around four or five guards to deal with. Use an Assault Rifle or Shotgun to pick off the enemies - have three of your teammates take on the enemies while the fourth teammate goes for the briefcase.
Deliver the Briefcase[edit]
Deliver the Briefcase to Lester's Warehouse - This part of the mission isn't quite as tough, but you've got multiple options for how to do it. Enemy air support may come in to cut you off, in which case flying out in a helicopter might not be so easy. If you're having trouble escaping by air, consider diving off of the building and using a parachute to make it safely to the ground.
From here, you may want to call in some Merryweather reinforcements. Either take the helicopter or steal a fast car, and go to Lester's warehouse.
