"Call out a second elk" is an objective in the Fair Game mission from Cletus in Grand Theft Auto V.
Walkthrough[edit]
This time Cletus will tell you to use the Elk whistle that he gave you. This will lure another Elk out into the open. Hit the prompted button to use the whistle. After that look for the red circle. Move in toward it. Be mindful of the direction of the wind. This will avoid Trevor spooking the Elk. Once again, line up for a heart shot and take it.
