"Catch Franklin" is an objective in the story mission Father/Son in Grand Theft Auto V.
Walkthrough[edit]
Keep with the hijackers a while longer. Franklin will move to the stern of the boat and then jump over to the car. You need to get the car right up against the hijacker's truck. Keep on after the boat a minute or so until you get the next objective.
