Head to the marked location. You will see some of the Lost MC robbing someone and getting into a black van. You can give chase. Once again, go for the tires then gun down whoever comes out of the van or starts shooting at you. If you are especially good at the Drive-by shooting, then take out the driver in the van. This is a good way to quickly stop them. Another option, if you are quick on the draw, are sticky bombs. Just get one on and detonate it to instantly end the chase.
Once you have the wallet you can either bring it back to the owner and get $200 for your efforts or just take off with it to keep the $2,000
