"Climb the water tower" is an objective in the story mission Nervous Ron in Grand Theft Auto V.
Walkthrough[edit]
Climb on up the water tower to the top of it. Just use both ladders and you will have little trouble getting into position. This mission takes place at night so expect a fast forward.
