"Collect The Car" is an objective in the story mission Pack Man in Grand Theft Auto V.

From Franklin's House in Strawberry. You need to get to GTA V: Glass Heroes Auto Repair. It is marked and only a short drive away. Once there Franklin will meet up with Lamar. Hop in the car to get the next objective.
