"Defend the truck from the Cops" is an objective in the story mission Pack Man in Grand Theft Auto V.

Controls
The guns are linked to L1 (PS3) or LB (360).
The spikes are L3 (PS3) or Click Left-stick (360)
All this starts at a 2 Star Wanted LevelRoll on off the top of the Big rig as Franklin. The basic driving controls are the same. The thing is the guns, spikes and ejector seat need to be relearned (though it is is ill-advised to use the Ejector Seat). Immediately use the guns on the Cop on the tail of the truck.
Start shooting the cops that will begin chasing after you. If you notice them behind you, then that is a good time to drop the spikes and watch them just go out of control. This gets easier once you are out of Paleto Bay. Take liberal advantage of the spikes.
Once you have thinned out the herd of police, your wanted level will start to flash. Once it goes away, Franklin will call Molly.
