"Drive the Ocelot to the gas station" is an objective in the story mission I Fought The Law ... in Grand Theft Auto V.

Devin has a car related mission for you to take care of. Have Franklin go and meet him. They have a good scheme going here so head on in and set off toward the marked Gas Station. It is out there so expect it to take some time to get there.
Take your time getting there. There will be racing in your very near future and that means you want an intact car.
