"Escape from the slaughterhouse" is an objective in the story mission Fresh Meat in Grand Theft Auto V.
Walkthrough[edit]
As Michael or Franklin head on forward. You have more Triad members waiting in the next room after the corridor that Franklin cleared. Duck into cover by the entrance of the room and use that to clear most of the room. If you are having trouble with the angle, then switch to Franklin. If you are after gold though, it is best to simply do it as Michael.
Get through the slaughter room and into the next corridor. There are more Triads waiting there. Kill them all. You are close to the end when comes forward behind a carcass. Wait for him to stop moving the meat. After that kill him and his friend at the end of the corridor on the right.
When you make it outside. You can either get in the cover and drive away immediately or get out and quickly cap the 2 triads that come out of the doorway you just emerged from. With that all resolved it is time to head on home.
