"Fight off the NOOSE teams" is an objective in the story mission The Big Score (Obvious Approach) in Grand Theft Auto V.

franklin will be on the offense for his Gunman who is loading up the Gold from the Union Depository. You need to fight of a number of waves set on you by NOOSE. Find some cover and get behind it.
Listen to the call outs from your partner. They will let you know when the NOOSE Forces are changing sides, at least the first time. Fend off that wave then follow your partner on out toward the center of the construction site. If you want to get the drop on the next wave of NOOSE, then set up some explosives in the Vault before going out to the construction site and triggering the next cutscene.
After you trigger it, you will have a NOOSE team coming through the Vault itself at Franklin. If you planted more Sticky Bombs, get into position to fire, then detonate them. Clear them out then turn back to where the Helicopter was getting the gold. A NOOSE Team is rappelling into the construction site. Kill them and you are done with Franklin for the moment.
