"Fly to the Agency Headquarters" is an objective in the story mission Three's Company in Grand Theft Auto V.
Walkthrough[edit]
Take off in the helicopter as Trevor. Helicopters, for the inexperienced, handle differently from an airplane. You use accelerate/brake to raise and lower altitude instead. The left thumbstick is used to bank the helicopter in a given direction. The shoulder buttons work to rotate it in the respective direction.
After your little orientation on things, you should make for the IAA Building. It is just behind the FIB Building, among the taller buildings in the city.
The tricky part comes when getting into position. In a moderately controlled fashion you need to bring the helicopter in to the Western side of the IAA Building. Once it is close to the proper place then the next cutscene will trigger.
