"Fly to the cargo plane" is an objective in the story mission Minor Turbulence in Grand Theft Auto V.
Walkthrough[edit]
Hug low to the ground. Head over to the blue blip on the map. Remember to stay close to the ground. Keep banking to a minimum and steer using the rudder. It is only a short flight over the town to get a visual on the Cargo plane you are after. The objective will update.
