"Fly to the test site" is an objective in the story mission The Merryweather Heist (Off-shore) in Grand Theft Auto V.
Walkthrough[edit]
Take off from Sandy Shores Airport and head to the Northwest. Franklin, Michael and Trevor have a conversation en route which is interesting.
When you get close to the site, you will be prompted to release the Submersible. Get close to the marker on the mini-map and release it.
